We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.
Products & Availability

We roast coffee in small batches and many of our offerings are seasonal or limited in quantity. Because of this, product availability may change without notice.

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, tasting notes, and pricing; however, occasional errors may occur. Spring Street Coffee Roasters reserves the right to correct inaccuracies, update pricing, or cancel orders affected by errors at any time.

Once an order is placed, we begin preparing and roasting coffee quickly to ensure freshness. Because of this, orders may not be modified or canceled after processing has begun.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

We currently ship within the United States unless otherwise stated.

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Spring Street Coffee Roasters.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Subscription orders renew automatically according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Spring Street Coffee Roasters to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the selected products, applicable taxes, and shipping fees.

Subscriptions may be paused, skipped, modified, or canceled through your account page at any time prior to 5 days before the next billing date.

Due to the seasonal nature of coffee, some subscription offerings may change over time. If a product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a similar product or cancel the subscription.

Pricing, shipping rates, and product availability may change over time.

Because coffee/tea is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns on coffee/tea purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right.

Non-consumable merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange in unused condition within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

All content on this website — including logos, photography, branding, product names, written content, and design elements — is the property of Spring Street Coffee Roasters and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Spring Street Coffee Roasters shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.
