Coffee & Tea Subscriptions at Spring Street
Fresh coffee and tea should show up at your door before you realize you’re running low.
Our subscriptions are designed to make great coffee and tea easy — whether you want the comfort of your everyday favorite or the fun of discovering something new from season to season. You choose the type, quantity, and delivery frequency that fits your routine, and we’ll take care of the rest.
How It Works
When you subscribe, your first order is charged and shipped at checkout. After that, we’ll automatically roast, pack, and ship your coffee based on the schedule you selected.
We currently process subscription orders around the 1st and 15th of each month. Monthly subscriptions will typically renew around the 1st of the month, while longer intervals will follow that same cycle.
Because we roast in small batches and source seasonally, some coffees may change throughout the year. Occasionally a coffee may sell out or be retired altogether. If we’re unable to fulfill your subscription item, we’ll automatically cancel that subscription and you won’t be charged.
Managing Your Subscription
Need to make a change? No problem.
You can pause, skip, update, or cancel your subscription anytime through your My Account Page. The only exception is within 5 days of your next charge date, since we’ve likely already started planning and roasting for your upcoming shipment.
If you place a subscription order without an existing account, one will automatically be created using the email address you provide at checkout.
A Few Helpful Notes
- Subscription pricing and shipping rates may change over time.
- Your future renewal total may differ slightly from your original order total.
- The payment method on file will automatically be charged for upcoming subscription orders.
- If you update your payment method during checkout or in your account, it may become the default payment method for future subscription renewals.
We’ll always do our best to communicate meaningful changes involving inventory, availability, or shipping whenever possible.
